And damn if it doesn’t feel phenomenal.

Descenders is downhill biking reimagined as a roguelite fever dream: one-part trials, one-part Tony Hawk, and a healthy dose of “what if Hades had handlebars?” Each run through its stitched-together biomes, lush forests, desert ridgelines, cityscapes, demands twitch reflexes and a deathwish. You’ll unlock perks like faster flips or smoother landings through a randomized crew system, letting you build your dream ride. When that perfect loadout clicks into place, it’s lightning in a bottle.

The stakes are real: screw up too many landings, and your run dies with you. But nail a boss jump with a single life left? You’ll fist-pump the air like you just won gold in the X Games.

Online rep points let you climb leaderboards and show off flashy gear, but Descenders is at its best when you’re screaming downhill, the Liquicity-powered soundtrack pounding, and the only thing between you and oblivion is your own shaky confidence.
