If you’re the kind of person who laughs when a car flips over and the driver gets ejected in slow motion, digitally, of course, then Faily Brakes 2 might be your new favorite mess.

This is not your average racer. Your brakes? Gone. Your enemies? Armed and aggressive. Your job? Survive the mayhem for as long as possible while everything around you tries to blow up your car. It’s like someone duct-taped Mario Kart to a demolition derby and then forgot to install a stop button.

The tracks are wild, filled with turns, tunnels, and sudden encounters with police cruisers who don’t understand that your brakes are, well, faily. You’ll dodge trees, swerve past enemy vehicles, and occasionally barrel through a ramp like you’re in a low-budget action movie. Bonus points if you explode mid-air.

Cars come in all shapes and classes, each one upgradable with beefed-up engines, armor, and even rooftop machine guns. Want to rocket past your enemies while your car is literally on fire? You can do that here. Boosters like NOS and rockets pop up mid-run, adding just enough chaos to make every round feel like a cartoon gone rogue.

But it’s not just about the car. You can also dress up your doomed driver in gear that makes him more resistant to damage. Not that it’ll help much when you’re tumbling down a cliff, but it’s a nice touch.

The game leans hard into its slapstick energy. Realistic car destruction and silly sound effects make even the most frustrating crash feel worth it. And while there are bugs (like crashing before you actually crash) and a heavy ad presence, the core loop is fun enough to keep you coming back.

That said, the controls are a little wonky and the monetization still feels like it’s in beta. It’s not exactly polished, but then again, the point is to fail, right?

So yeah, Faily Brakes 2 isn’t perfect. But it’s chaotic, it’s funny, and when it works, it’s a total blast. Just don’t expect to survive.
