Project Moon’s latest nightmare, following the twisted trails of Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina, drops you headfirst into a world where heads are clocks, corpses keep walking, and trust is just a mechanic waiting to backfire.

You play as Dante, a clock-headed amnesiac who finds themselves leading a band of “Sinners” aboard a demonic bus called Mephistopheles. Your job? Delve into ruined facilities across a sprawling dystopia known only as The City, confront abnormalities (read: horrors with teeth), and maybe, maybe, remember why any of this is happening.

Combat is a beautiful mess of colored lines, chained attacks, and fragile sanity meters. Win a clash and your team steadies; lose, and you spiral. Each battle feels like trying to conduct a symphony with broken fingers, awkward at first, then cathartic once it clicks. It’s hard, weird, and deeply rewarding.

The presentation? Immaculate. 2D animations slash across the screen with painterly brutality, while E.G.O. attacks explode in grotesque grandeur. It’s bleak, yes, but it’s stunningly bleak.

Performance hiccups on mobile and a dense learning curve will shake off the faint of heart, but Limbus Company isn’t here for them. This is strategy built for obsessives. Lore for the lore-hungry. A gacha game that’s more about narrative than novelty, where pulling an alt version of a character means peeling back another layer of their mind.
