My Cruise is a casual idle tycoon where you start with an empty ship and gradually turn it into a floating palace packed with entertainment, cabins, and enough amenities to impress even the pickiest passenger.

Gameplay revolves around sending your cruise ship on voyages, attracting guests, and using the income to unlock and upgrade everything, from basic bunk beds to full-blown luxury suites. Each guest has unique traits, skills, and demands, and some even generate bonus revenue if placed in the right rooms. The more efficiently you manage, the faster your income snowballs.

But there’s more to do than just place cabins. You can build restaurants, juice bars, movie theaters, and yes, even toilets. Passengers walk around, chat, spend money, and sometimes trigger random events or “money giveaway” boosts if you recruit rare guests with special perks.

Between voyages, you recruit new guests and upgrade ship features. And just like many idle games, ads play a significant role. You’ll often be prompted to watch one to double your income, accelerate tasks, or unlock special passengers. It’s optional, but skipping them slows down your progression significantly.

There’s also a roulette system, treasure chest hunts, and timed events that keep things moving. Most of these involve, unsurprisingly, more ads. Fuel becomes a limiting factor later on, meaning if you don’t watch ads for more, you’ll be stuck waiting. The balance between progression and monetization could use tweaking.

What keeps the game interesting is how dynamic the ship feels. Each voyage brings in new faces, and building upgrades unlock new floors and features. There’s something satisfying about slowly transforming a bland yacht into a full-blown luxury liner.

The art style is clean and functional, and the game doesn’t overload you with mechanics. But it also doesn’t reinvent the genre. It’s comfort food for idle game fans.
