Warm Snow

When it snows in July and it’s warm to the touch, you know you’re not in Kansas anymore, you’re in Warm Snow, a ferocious roguelike where the weather’s cursed, the rich are corrupt, and your flying swords do the talking.

You play as Bi-an, a straw-hat-wearing warrior with a grudge and an arsenal of airborne death, slicing your way through five decadent clans to uncover the rot behind the mysterious, mind-breaking “Warm Snow.” Each run arms you with a new cocktail of relics, Excaliburs, and sect boons, think spicy modifiers like “Damnation,” which triples your attack and nukes your defense, turning you into a glass cannon with a death wish.

What starts with a dash, a slash, and a sword toss blossoms into a symphony of destruction. Your weapons don’t just fly, they orbit, burst, chain, and detonate, thanks to relics like Thunder Stones or Qi Herbs. Stack the right combo and you’ll enter that sacred roguelike trance where the screen becomes a fireworks show of damage numbers and monster chunks.

Sure, the story’s more background static than center stage, cryptic scrolls, memory fragments, and voice-less NPCs mostly serve as lore dressing. But who cares, really? Warm Snow is about the builds, baby. The kind of “one more run” loop that turns a 10-minute break into 2 AM.
