By posting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, free, permanent license to:

What You Still Own

  • You keep full ownership of your content.
    We don’t take that away.
  • But once you post it, you allow us to use it without restriction.

  • We don’t check or review everything you post.
  • We may move, delete, or edit your content if we think it’s necessary.

8. Guidelines for Leaving Reviews

We may give you a space to leave reviews or ratings — for games, services, or other users. We want these to be helpful and honest, so here are the basic ground rules.

What’s Okay:

  • Share your honest, first-hand experience
  • Be respectful and constructive
  • Stick to facts, not personal attacks or speculation

What’s Not Okay:

  • Using offensive or hateful language
  • Making discriminatory comments about race, gender, religion, etc.
  • Promoting or referencing illegal activities
  • Leaving reviews just to troll, spam, or mislead
  • Being affiliated with a competitor and posting bad reviews
  • Starting a campaign to flood reviews, positive or negative
  • Making legal judgments about people’s behavior

Other Notes:

  • We might remove or reject reviews if they break these rules — but we’re not required to.
  • Reviews are your opinions, not ours.
  • By posting a review, you give us permission to use it (and related content) across platforms and media, just like Contributions.

9. Connecting Your Social Media Accounts

You may have the option to link your GameNCC account with your accounts on other platforms (like Facebook, Google, or other third-party services).

What This Means:

  • You’re giving us permission to access and use information from those accounts, such as:
    • Your name and profile picture
    • Your friend list
    • Any other content or settings you choose to share
  • This helps us personalize your experience and may allow social features like inviting friends or sharing activity.

Important:

  • You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to share that information.
  • If the third-party service changes or cuts off access, that content may disappear from GameNCC.

We don’t control or verify the content from those platforms, and we’re not responsible for any issues related to them.

Here’s what you need to know:

If you use YouTube through our services, you’re also agreeing to YouTube’s Terms of Service.

  • If there’s ever a legal dispute, it can be brought to the courts in Aarhus, United States — or in your own EU country, if you’re a consumer.

We hope you never have a serious issue with GameNCC, but if something comes up, here’s how we handle it.

Step 1: Let’s Talk First (Informal Negotiation)
